Central was pleased to welcome Rev. Doug Webster again to give a sermon on Psalm 22:1-31 entitled "The Psalm of the Cross—He Has Done It,” where he explained how this Psalm points to Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Doug teaches pastoral theology at Beeson Divinity School and is a teaching pastor at the Cathedral Church of the Advent in Birmingham, AL. Doug and his wife, Virginia, served Central from 2010-2014 and helped re-establish Central’s gospel ministry.
