The gift of the Holy Spirit is integral to our growth as Christians. What we find in the surprising and encouraging words in John 16 is that the Holy Spirit is promised to us and he is exactly what we need to follow Jesus, but do we trust the Holy Spirit to work in our world and in our lives the way Jesus does?
