In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus reveals the anger that lies in all of our hearts. But as he exposes the danger of our anger, he also reveals the heart of God, which promises to repair our hearts. It's only as we behold the heart of God that we can trust in his kingdom, and thus reorient our hearts away from the fear that leads us to anger, and towards hope and courage that leads to reconciliation.
